We are currently seeking a Director of Facilities to join our team and be part of an esteemed organization dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our Members and their Guests. 

JOB SUMMARY
The Racquets Shop Attendant is responsible for promoting the games of tennis, paddle, and pickleball and the Club while providing quality service, ordering necessary merchandise, and assisting with the racquets shop operations. This role does not teach any lessons or earn commissions.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the shop & outdoor areas
  • Display efficient and friendly customer service throughout the pro shop, properly checking in for all racquets players prior to play.
  • Respond to inquiries, lessons, and court reservations for Members and guests both in person and on the phone in a friendly manner.
  • Perform inventory controls, checking-in merchandise in accordance with procedures, organization of storage and display areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels of constantly stocked items.
  • Follow-up on all special orders and make sure customers are updated on orders.
  • Process invoices daily as needed; Exhibit proper cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain records of Member accounts
  • Completing a daily checklist
  • Administers and enforces racquets policies and procedures.
  • Ensure daily assignments are completed in their respective areas.
  • Assist racquets professional staff in shop operations, merchandise sales, and other related activities.
  • Assist Members and Guests with changes and last-minute requests as needed.
  • Responsible for upholding the mission, policies, and procedures of the Saddle & Cycle Club including the Constitutional and Operational By-Laws and Team Member Handbook.  
  • Always act in the best interests of the Club.   
  • All other duties as assigned and not outlined above.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Basic racquets knowledge preferred.
