JOB SUMMARY
The Member Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a range of administrative support at the front desk to the Director of Member Services, and other departments as needed, while providing quality service to ensure outstanding Member and Guest experience.
Essential Functions:
Greets and receives Members, Guests, and Vendors, ascertains nature of business, and provides guidance to destination.
All other duties as assigned and not outlined above.
Always act in the best interests of the Club.
Responsible for upholding the mission, policies, and procedures of the Saddle & Cycle Club including the Constitutional and Operational By-Laws and Team Member Handbook.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
May collect, scan, and distribute mail and messages.
May perform variety of clerical and administrative duties and other duties pertinent to support the business operations of the Club.
May make future appointments.
May operate telephone console to receive incoming messages.
May type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
May issue parking passes and key fobs to Team Members when required.
Assists Members, Guests, Vendors, and Team Members with questions and information, always acting with discretion and the utmost confidentiality.
Maintains front desk area in neat and orderly condition.
Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as needed – acting as a gatekeeper to protect privacy of Team Members and Members at all times by not disclosing contact information, names, or other confidential information.
Asks for Member, Guest, or Vendors’ name and notifies appropriate Team Member of their arrival for any appointments.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma required; applicable college coursework preferred.
- Prior customer service is required.
- Private Club experience preferred but not required.
Language Skills:
Ability to effectively read, analyze, and interpret reports and business correspondence. Ability to effective present information and respond to questions from Members, Guests, Vendors, Managers, and Team Members.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as probability, division, addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
